THE FINE DETAILS

Dr. Wild is licensed through the Canadian Association of Professional Counsellors.

A governing body that has rigorous education, supervision, training, ethics and accountability policies.

Counsellors registered through this organization are bound and adhere to the hippocratic oath.

Kristin is also licensed through the International Ministry of Metaphysics.

She attended at seven year bachelor, masters & PhD program in Metaphysical Science to attain this designation.

This allows to her to serve as a Spiritual Care Practitioner globally.

Kristin's license is recognized by most extended benefit programs across Canada.

If you reside in Canada, we have direct billing for some benefit plans.

For all other plans, a receipt will be issued for remittance.

Current Insurers who Recognize CPCA Registered Counsellors:

Alberta Blue Cross, Aspiria, Chamber of Commerce, ComPsych, Empire Life, Green shield, Homewood Health, Optima Global Health, Pacific Blue Cross, Pacific Life, Saskatchewan Blue Cross, Sunlife, TELUS Health now serves clients of Lifeworks, Morneau, Shepell, Select Provincial Victim Services, Select Municipal Fire Departments that provide their own coverage.

Aside from those with a direct billing plan, payments are due at time of session.

A credit card will be placed on file when you book your first session.

This is done through a third party, encrypted system for your privacy.

If you need to cancel and reschedule a session 24 hours notice is required.

Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours is subject to be charged for the session booked.

Cancellations and reschedules can be done simply through the online portal and links will be sent in your appointment confirmation email.

Dr. Kristin Wild is a registered Canadian counsellor, Family Law Advocate, and the Founder & Director of Modern Health Solution™. She supports women and families through autoimmune illness, domestic abuse, separation and divorce, anxiety, and substance-related coping.

With more than twenty years of experience, Kristin brings together professional training, legal advocacy, and meaningful lived experience. She has worked in women’s shelters since age twenty, built the national Family Law Advocacy Program for Mamas for Mamas, and continues to support families across Kelowna and Canada through complex, high stress situations.

Kristin uses a person-centred, trauma-informed, and practical approach. Her guidance is shaped by her own ten year journey with rheumatoid arthritis, lifelong anxiety, and experiences with abuse, alcohol use, and divorce. Clients often say they feel deeply understood and supported because she has walked many of the same paths.

Kristin is registered to practice across Canada and offers both in-person sessions in Kelowna, BC and virtual counselling in Canada & the USA.
